TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:
   
• Appointments must be booked in advance.
  
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.
  
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or equipment failure.
  
2. Service Scope:
   
• The scope of each valeting service will be outlined prior to booking.
  
• Additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges and completed if sufficient time is available.
  
• We strive to achieve the highest standards in valeting, but results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
  
• customer must provide access to power and water, unless alternative agreed prior.
3. Vehicle Condition:
   
• Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage or conditions that may affect the valeting service.
  
• Vehicles heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges may apply. We recommend, to send pictures in advance so that we can provide a quote.
• We are not liable for any damage caused to the vehicle's interior or exterior during the valeting process unless it is a result of negligence on our part.
  
4. Payment:
   
• Payment is due upon completion of the valeting service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards or other agreed-upon payment methods.
  
5. Customer Satisfaction:
   
• We aim to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  
• If you are not satisfied with the valeting service, please notify us immediately, and we will work to address your concerns.
  
6. Health and Safety:
   
• We cannot commence work on any vehicle that is on a main road, a heavily used road, or small and tight road. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks.
  
• Children and pets should be supervised at all times.
  
7. Liability:
   
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the valeting service.
  
• Customers are responsible for removing any valuable items from the vehicle before the valeting service.
  
8. Privacy Policy:
   
• We respect our customers' privacy and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without consent.
  
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers of existing bookings in advance.
